Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to civil construction projects from initial calculations to final accounts. The role involves estimating project costs, preparing tender documentation, monitoring budgets, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget while meeting quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs.
• Review contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and process subcontractor and supplier payments.
• Prepare monthly valuations, progress claims, and variation orders.
• Analyze and manage project risks related to cost and contractual matters.
• Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions.
• Maintain records of project expenditures and cost reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Support contract administration and dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of GCC experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a Civil Construction Company.
• Experience in infrastructure, road, utility, and civil construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED2,540.25 - AED12,266.65 per month
