📢 We’re Hiring SMP | Data Center Planner

We are looking for an experienced Data Center Planner to join our Data Centers & Critical Facilities / Information Technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capacity planning for Data Center hosting

• Prepare racking diagrams and coordinate rack deployments

• Oversee racking and related activities performed by DC Operations teams

• Manage Data Center Operations shift schedules

• Coordinate interbuilding connectivity requirements with OSP/ISP teams

• Manage the Data Center Asset Register

• Coordinate vendors and hardware break/fix activities

• Support troubleshooting of Windows/Linux server hardware issues

• Monitor critical infrastructure including UPS, HVAC, fire detection & suppression, temperature, humidity, security, and power systems

• Ensure Copper and Fiber cabling compliance with TIA-942 standards

Requirements:

🎓 BS or Diploma in Computer Science Engineering, IT, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline

💼 Minimum 5 years of IT experience , including at least 3 years in Data Centers

🔧 APC infrastructure experience is required

🖥 Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux configuration/troubleshooting

🌐 Strong knowledge of structured copper and fiber-optic cabling

⚡ Basic knowledge of UPS, electrical distribution, and chilled-water HVAC systems

📊 Proficiency in MS Office

🕐 Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends and on-call rotation when required
