National Roaming & FTTH Settlement Services Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

• The role holder is responsible for producing invoices for all national roaming & FTTH services, and negotiating and resolving any discrepancies in the invoices. Additionally, the role holder conducts studies to reduce costs from regulatory obligations. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with STC stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

• Produce invoices for all national roaming & FTTH services.
• Negotiate and resolve any discrepancies in the invoices.
• Expedite the collection processes with national roaming & FTTH.
• Work out net settlements with national roaming & FTTH.
• Ensure timely exchange of monthly traffic records per CITC recommendations.
• Schedule payments for national roaming & FTTH services and coordinate with STC Finance for processing.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices, negotiate and resolve payment/collection discrepancies, and expedite the payment and collection processes with national roaming & FTTH.
• Prepare and finalize settlements for national roaming & FTTH services.
• Coordinate with Wholesale Services Management to provide all the requirements, in case any system enhancements are required to improve the processes and functionalities related to national roaming & FTTH services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure monthly closing of financial wholesale data is successfully released to GL through Finance.
• In coordination with the sales/network team, ensure settlement and billing terms are met.
• Ensure alignment of all invoices as per the approved billing agreements.

Job Responsibility (cont.) Years Of Experience 5 - 6 Years.

Nature Of Experience

• Prior experience in roaming, preferably with a large organization in the telecommunications industry, ideally with exposure to a telecommunication Wholesale environment.

Job Band Sr. Professional.

Skills Education Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Finance
