Job description
IT Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain IT assets and inventory
• Support IT systems and services
• Ensure endpoint security and compliance
• Manage IT incidents and service requests
• Support user onboarding and offboarding
Qualifications:
• 2 + years (Junior) of experience in computer technical support
• Bachelor’s degree
Skills:
• Good technical knowledge of ITSM, IT Ticketing Systems, Active Directory, Outlook, Printers & Scanners, etc.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Good level of English in writing, reading, and speaking
• Knowledge or certification in ITIL, A+, or any equivalent certification
• Good communication skills
