BIM Coordinator

CloudScaler Technologies is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator for one of our clients in the water infrastructure sector .

The role focuses on coordinating BIM models throughout the design, implementation and completion phases of infrastructure projects. You will also contribute to improving asset information management and ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality as-built documentation and data.

You will work closely with project teams, technical managers, contract managers, designers, modelers, advisors and external stakeholders to ensure BIM requirements are effectively implemented across projects

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across design, implementation and completion phases.
• Define and manage BIM requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Support Information Delivery Specifications (IDS) and contractual BIM requirements.
• Monitor and improve BIM maturity across projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM meetings and resolve model coordination issues.
• Support asset information management and delivery of accurate as-built documentation.
• Manage document control in line with ISO 19650.
• Collaborate with project teams, BIM managers, designers, modelers and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• HBO-level technical education in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM processes.
• Experience with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma as a DMS.
• Excellent Dutch communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
