Foreman - Civil

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Allocate tasks to site workers, and monitor manpower productivity.
• Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards and adherence to project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines on site.
• Assist Project Engineer / Site Engineer in planning and organizing site operations.
• Report daily site progress, issues, and manpower updates to management.
• Resolve site-level challenges by coordinating with project teams and subcontractors.
• Support in project handover, snagging, and completion activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI/Certification in Civil Engineering or related field. (Required)
• 4–10 years of relevant experience in fit-out, construction, facility management, or renovation projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and finishing works.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and manage multiple site activities effectively.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
