This software platform enables Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) to successfully launch their respective businesses. Role overview

The Team Manager Roaming Integrations leads a primarily local execution function responsible for technical onboarding, interoperability and protocol implementation, with partial contribution to a federated CoE model. The purpose of this position is to ensure reliable, scalable and high-quality roaming integrations and connectivity across partners and platforms. The Team Manager Roaming Integrations is accountable for integration reliability and stability, onboarding quality and speed, and the execution of roaming protocols and connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical onboarding of roaming partners
  • Own implementation of OCPI/OICP and connectivity frameworks
  • Ensure integration quality, monitoring and stability
  • Support complex incident and escalation handling
  • Collaborate with CoE on standards and best practices
  • Align with Engineering and Product on integration requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of integration activities

You have

  • An entrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunities for collaboration, improvement, and innovation and are excited to bring them to life
  • A university-level degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the Roaming business and/or the eMobility sector (a plus)
  • The ability to deliver projects on time and within the agreed scope
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • 2 years in a management position
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Professional (fluency) writing and speaking in English
