As an HR Operations Specialist, you are responsible for the smooth execution and continuous improvement of key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing HR administration related to onboarding, contract changes, promotions, transfers and offboarding.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
• Supporting payroll processes and ensuring relevant employee data is delivered accurately and on time.
• Acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR operational questions.
• Preparing HR documentation, reports and employee data.
• Monitoring HR processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting the implementation of new HR systems, tools and processes.
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently.
• Working closely with HR Business Partners, payroll and other internal stakeholders.
• Contributing to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist who is organized, proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You enjoy working with both people and processes and understand the importance of accuracy when it comes to HR data and documentation.

You ideally bring:

• A bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration or a comparable field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or a similar position.
• Experience working with HR systems and employee data.
• Basic knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR processes.
• Experience supporting payroll processes is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• A proactive mindset and an interest in process improvement.
