Xiaomi Service Technician (After Sales Service)

Hiring Full-Time Technician – Mobile Phone / AIOT
(Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center - Funan Mall / Jewel Changi )

Location: Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center - Funan / Jewel
Working Hours:

• 5 working days per week (2 weekdays off)
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00AM - 8:00PM (includes 1-hour meal break)
• KPI Additional Included
• Required to work on public holidays

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a service center (mobile phone / home appliances / electronics).
• Skilled in fault detection, repair, material handling, and quality checks for Xiaomi devices.
• Hands-on experience with smartphone, smart home devices, wearables, and IoT product repairs.
• Ability to perform basic repair on robot vacuums: water tank, filter, motherboard, FPC cables, etc.
• Good attitude, willing to learn, able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willing to provide backup support for front desk or other roles when necessary.
• Diploma or certificate in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, or related fields is preferred.

Job Scope

• Diagnose and troubleshoot Xiaomi smartphones and robot vacuums.
• Repair devices and replace necessary parts.
• Perform functionality tests on all repaired devices.
• Complete paperwork and assist in admin tasks when required.
• Provide support to front desk or other positions if needed.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month

Experience:

• Mobile Repair: 2 years (Required)
• Electronic Repair: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Singaporean (Required)
