Job Description### Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, and performance testing
• Enhance systems to align with evolving business and technical requirements
• Maintain applications and infrastructure in accordance with defined service level agreements
• Define and review technical requirements with a focus on integration, performance, quality, and scalability
• Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage IaaS capacity and optimize resource utilization
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution across environments
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators related to testing and system performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in test automation frameworks and processes

Job Qualifications### Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation testing
• Hands-on experience in UI automation testing using Playwright
• Strong experience in backend/API testing using Postman
• Experience in performance testing using JMeter
• Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management practices
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in build management and release pipelines
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and best practices
• Knowledge of system defect management processes
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and IaaS environments
• Ability to work independently and contribute as a subject matter expert
