QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

• Develop and maintain quality control standardsand procedures to ensure product compliance with customer requirements.

• Develop and implement test plans, protocols andinspection processes in accordance with applicable standards.

• Monitor and inspect incoming and outgoingproducts to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Investigate and analyze customer complaints andnon-conforming products and recommend corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain a quality assurance systemto ensure that products meet customer specifications.

• Identifyand recommend improvements in existing processes, procedures and products.

• Provide technical support and guidance to otherdepartments on quality control procedures.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with applicablenational, international and internal standards and regulations

• Prepare detailed reports on quality controlactivities and findings.

• Developand implement training programs and materials on quality control processes.
