Eye Specialist Clinic
A comprehensive one-stop eye specialist centre for treating eye disease. We are committed to providing quality eye care and treatment. The centre manages general eye diseases, including cataract, cornea diseases, glaucoma, retinal disease treatment. We also provides a comprehensive range of refractive surgical options, including LASIK and Implantable Contact Lens (ICL) surgery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Counselling of patients for surgery and procedures
• Provide brand and product information and recommendations
• Answering phone call enquires, and scheduling of appointments.
• Handle general and phone-call enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Attend to patients’ needs
• Perform clinic administrative duties

Requirements:

• Proactive and approachable personality
• Service oriented
• Good grooming and pleasant disposition
• Possess positive working attitude, diligent, high degree of motivation and drive
• Has initiative, able to work independently and work well in a team
• Good communication skills and ability to handle customers across all levels
• Able to at least converse in English and Mandarin
• Experience in customer service or retail an added advantage
• Singaporeans only
