Our Marketing Department for our office in Munich is looking for a

Junior Trade Marketing Specialist – 6 months contract (f/m/d) (100%)

This position is hybrid, with 3 mandatory days at our office in Munich.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management ofthe Key Account presence from a brand marketing point of view for our brands Triumph and sloggi in close alignment with Channel Marketing Manager, B2B; Head of Marketing, and the Triumph KAM and Hyper teams
  • Support the sales team in providing exciting and engaging (seasonal) products and brand tools, in line with each brand vision & DNA, especially suited to KAM and Hyper market environment and shopping channels
  • Working closely with local marketing teams as well as HQ marketing teams to ensure fit for use, on-brand POS content and KAM tools are available on time and in full
  • Supporting the development/evolution of the Key Account vision and strategy in alignment with all key stakeholders
  • Maintain strong internal relationships with Sales & Product teams to ensure marketing plans are supported internally, commercially, relevant and aligned to local & regional sales and marketing objectives
  • Working together with sales & product teams to sell in new product, concepts & campaigns (inc. development of tools, trade shows, events and internal meetings/conferences)
  • Build relevant & localised B2C bespoke marketing plans for gold & platinum level key/strategic wholesale accounts. Support Channel Marketing Manager in communicating the PR/media approach to key account partners – such as new launches, campaigns or calendar moments to ensure brand marketing investments are aligned and leveraged in within key & strategic wholesale accounts
  • Supporting Channel Marketing Manager in building a simple, streamlined B2C marketing approach such as POS or digital toolkits for self-assembly/use
  • Reporting on and learning from results, calculating and communicating ROI – working closely with sales
  • Tracking of trade marketing investment, including management of vendor information/new vendor creation. Processing and recording invoices in a timely and accurate way

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • First experiences in marketing, ideally in wholesale or trade marketing, gained in similar industry
  • Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English and German
  • Good grasp of e-commerce environment, mechanisms and processes
  • Basic knowledge of/experience working with key accounts
  • First experience in building presence in store & online, demonstrating ability to drive presence, engagement & sell thru is a plus
  • Experiences in Project management
  • Social media, fashion industry and trend savvy
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Works well under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Shows keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of the local market/high street retail trends and competitor activity is a plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and interest in consumer and retail marketing
  • IT proficiency: Word, Excel, PPT
  • Adept with numbers – calculating ROI etc
  • Ability to build strong, meaningful internal & external relationships
  • A team player
