SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

Assist project engineer carry out supervisory roles on the day to day operation on the site

Supervise the sub-contractors work progress on site according to the work schedule

Checking on the quality of material to ensuring of workmanship to achieve the target of schedules.

Lead a team of inspectors and to handle incoming, in-process and finished goods issues in a timely and orderly manner.

Assist project engineer coordinate and oversee all the structural / architectural works on site

Assist engineer monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site

Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk

In-change and supervise a team of the migrant worker daily operation work

Carry out in-process checks with the quality standards and good practices

Requirements:

Candidate must at least have BCSS certificate & Diploma

Min 3 year relevant experience in the related field for this position in main-con companies, preferably handle A&A work expirence.

Familiar with local standards, project implementation and building codes.

Able to start work within short notice
