Job description

What you'll do

Responsibilities:

  • You'll assist Trust Managers with the day-to-day administration of trust structures, including preparing trustee and director resolutions, bank instructions, compliance checklists, and transaction monitoring activities.

  • You'll support regular fiduciary file reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper record maintenance.

  • You'll liaise with bankers, lawyers, and other external stakeholders to facilitate trust administration and related transactions.

  • You'll collaborate with internal IQEQ departments to coordinate processes, resolve issues, and ensure efficient service delivery.

  • You'll perform additional assigned duties and contribute to the effective administration, governance, and ongoing management of trust structures.

About you:

Requirements:

  • You have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, or a related field.

  • You hold relevant professional qualifications, such as a STEP Certificate, STEP Diploma, or accounting-related credentials, or are actively working toward obtaining them.

  • You demonstrate a strong understanding of trust structures, fiduciary responsibilities, and administrative processes.

  • You possess the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • You bring additional relevant experience that may qualify you for consideration at the Senior Associate level.
