Job description

The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Attach-and-Train) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

 

The training programme is a 15 months of structured on-the-job training with GSK. Due to the nature of the programme, we can only consider Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

What will you learn:

Supply Planning Concept and how does supply planning work in a primary vaccine manufacturing site. Feedback and mechanisms used to ensure that there is supply continuity.

Production Planning Concept and how does supply planning work in a primary vaccine manufacturing site. 

Planning activities within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment

Scenario planning for multi-product manufacturing facilities

Tabulating of reporting tools (Power BI) for key performance indicators

Understanding of key quality systems, i.e change control and deviation

Operation of enterprise resource planning system, i.e SAP

Managing stakeholders across different departments such as Production, Engineering etc.

What are we looking for?

Ability to quickly learn and apply GMP manufacturing requirements. 

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills driven by curiosity 

Proactive communication with relevant stakeholders. 

Adaptability to change and working under pressure 

A good team player and possess continuous improvement mindset. 

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Engineering.

What do we offer you?

Monthly training allowances (not subject to CPF contributions)

On-the-job training while working with a diversified team of professionals

Implement technical knowledge and skills that you have acquired

Apply and develop soft skills such as interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills

Transport to and from site to MRT stations in centralised locations all across Singapore

You will be based at one of our manufacturing site in Singapore Tuas.
