ABOUT LUMILENS

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our high-volume manufacturing team at our Bulim plant. We are hiring operators, assistants, and line leaders to support daily production targets, automated assembly line operations, and cleanroom material handling.

Available Tracks

  • Production Line Operator: Operate automated assembly and test machinery, load materials, perform visual quality checks, and record production outputs.

  • Manufacturing Assistant: Support material staging, kitting, cleanroom consumable replenishment, and line changeovers.

  • Production Line Leader: Coordinate shift station assignments, monitor hourly line pacing, guide operators, and resolve basic line bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily production schedules according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Perform routine quality inspections (visual/microscope) to catch assembly defects early.

  • Follow cleanroom protocol, ESD precautions, 5S workspace cleanliness, and safety regulations.

  • Assist in line changeovers, material tracking via MES barcode scanners, and scrap reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Primary/Secondary education, Nitec, or equivalent practical factory experience.

  • Prior experience in electronics assembly, cleanroom, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing is advantageous (training provided for entry levels).

  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night) and stand for operational periods.

  • Basic English proficiency to follow written SOPs and safety protocols.
