Our Global Financing & Credit Trading business enables our clients to meet their financing and investment objectives and manage credit risk. With industry-leading expertise in market-making and credit valuation, we offer clients a wide range of solutions and products across Financing, Flow Credit, Distressed Products and credit linked investment structures. Our Financing experts provide structured risk and non-flow financing solutions for clients across multiple industries and asset classes. Our trading desks cover all cash products and credit default swaps (CDS), including indices & single-name CDS, and loans and claims, ranging from investment grade through high-yield to distressed assets.

Your key responsibilities:
The Team Assistant will provide administrative support to an individual or individuals in the course of their work. The remit may vary considerably depending both on the nature of role of those being supported and the degree of administrative input required by the individual(s) to be supported. The Team / Personal Assistant tasks typically includes:
Diary / meeting management, devising effective travel schedules (including booking accommodation and all modes of transport, associated cost / expense reconciliation and processing)
Maintaining and creating office documentation (e.g. spreadsheets and presentation material), and facilitating team member productivity (e.g. new joiner acclimatization and system / property accesses).
To perform the core administrative support role will require the Team Assistant to work in close collaboration with those supported to determine how best the support resources available can be utilized and prioritized.
The Team Assistant will be in contact with many of those that interact with the individual(s) they support.
They will be connections with other Team / Personal Assistants across the organization to facilitate communication and co-ordination across the organization.
May be required to support more complex administrative needs of the business area, e.g. discovering and gathering relevant material from various sources, and with business direction, organising it into a more cohesive presentation format
Your skills and experience:
Proven administrative experience in a similar role assisting various teams/senior management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating a passion for quality and attention to detail.
Be adept at communicating professionally, especially with external clients
Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workflow, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to drive assignments autonomously and interact self-confidently with senior management, demonstrating resilience.
Ability to work well in virtual teams in matrix organizations.
Ability to be proactive and adapt to changes
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
