Associate/Snr Associate, Specialist, Digital Transformation, Global Financial Markets (GFM)

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the GFM operational resilience and reliability roadmap through structured analysis, documentation, and execution support.

• Assist in front-to-back process standardization and operational improvement initiatives to strengthen controls and reduce manual risk.

• Support development and maintenance of process, architecture, and control artefacts in line with COO and operational risk standards.

• Work closely with Operations, Technology, and Business teams to support implementation of target operating models and remediation actions.

• Conduct process mapping, fact-finding, and analysis to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and operational vulnerabilities.

• Prepare and maintain documentation including process flows, risk and control assessments, and issue remediation tracking.

• Support coordination and communication across stakeholders on operational issues, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.

• Perform data collection and analysis to support operational performance, incident trends, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Execute testing, validation, and assurance activities to confirm adherence to defined processes, standards, and control frameworks.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in operations, operational risk, business analysis, or process improvement roles within banking or financial services.

• Foundational understanding of Global Financial Markets operations, workflows, and systems.

• Demonstrated experience leveraging Generative AI, including LLMs and agent‑based solutions, to improve business processes, operational efficiency, or decision‑making in an enterprise or regulated environment.

• Experience documenting operational processes, controls, and requirements.

• Exposure to control remediation, audit responses, or operational transformation initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to structure operational information.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work across Operations, Technology, and Business teams.

• Ability to manage multiple execution-focused tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
