About the Roles

Join a skincare and cosmetics manufacturing company as a Quality & Production Supervisor based in Ang Mo Kio, North Singapore. This is a permanent role with a 5.5-day work week, operating from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday, 9am to 1pm. The position offers a salary package of up to SGD 3,000, along with AWS and variable bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, guide, and support team members to maintain strong performance and teamwork.
• Plan and oversee daily production activities, including work schedules, purchasing, inventory control, and stock management.
• Support hands-on production processes, from raw material preparation through to finished product completion.
• Monitor the manufacturing workflow, including purchase requests, material withdrawal, material issuance, and finished goods handover to the warehouse.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure production activities are completed according to schedule.
• Carry out cleaning and basic troubleshooting of production machinery to support smooth operations.
• Create, update, and maintain production records in the SAP system.
• Maintain ISO documentation, records, and compliance-related materials.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation is accurate and standards are followed.
• Perform other duties or assignments as directed by the Superior or Management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum ITE qualification in chemistry-related courses, such as Chemical Process Technology or Bio-Chemical Technology.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Experience in cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of raw material testing, ingredient verification, and evaluation when there is a change of supplier.
• Basic understanding of quality control, ISO documentation, and audit requirements.
