Operations & Growth Associate

All Clenz Maintenance Pte Ltd is a growing cleaning and facilities management company in Singapore. We are looking for an Operations & Growth Associate who is proactive, organised and hands-on, with an interest in both operations and business development.

You will work closely with the Founder and Operations team to ensure our cleaning operations run smoothly while also supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Coordinate and schedule cleaning teams across multiple client sites
• Plan deployment of cleaners, floaters and replacement staff
• Monitor attendance, service quality and operational issues
• Follow up on client feedback and ensure timely resolution
• Conduct site checks and support service quality improvement
• Assist in developing and improving SOPs and operational processes
• Identify gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency

Business Growth

• Support lead generation and prospecting activities
• Assist with partnership and business development outreach
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support LinkedIn, email and other outreach campaigns
• Follow up with potential clients and business partners
• Identify new opportunities for revenue growth and expansion

Startup & Strategy Exposure

• Work directly with the Founder on real business projects
• Gain exposure to how a service business scales its operations
• Explore automation, AI, robotics and technology integration in facilities management
• Support projects focused on improving productivity, systems and scalability

What We're Looking For

• Min. Diploma in Business, Operations, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or a related field
• 1 years of experience in operations, business development, sales or a similar role preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Able to work independently and solve problems on the ground
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and basic business tools

Salary: $2,200 – $2,800/month, depending on experience

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
