Job Title: Head of Parks and City Beautification Projects Section

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the client: A prominent Dubai government entity

Summary:

Lead the planning and delivery of parks, landscaping, public realm and city beautification projects across Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of parks, gardens, green spaces and city beautification projects.
• Oversee projects from concept and design through construction, completion and handover.
• Review master plans, landscape designs, technical drawings and project specifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, timeline and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government entities and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, schedules and quality, taking corrective action where required.
• Provide technical and strategic direction on parks, landscaping and public-space development.
• Oversee landscaping, irrigation, planting, hardscape and related park infrastructure.
• Perform other duties related to the role as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in parks, landscaping, public realm, city beautification or municipal/public-space development.
• Strong knowledge of landscape development, irrigation, planting, hardscape and public-space infrastructure.
• Candidates with UAE family book is more preferred
