Modern Workplace Solutioning Lead

<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description:</b></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p></p><p>We are looking for a <b>Modern Workplace Solutioning Lead</b> who can engage confidently with CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, and other senior executives to understand workplace transformation challenges, shape business-led managed services solutions, and support strategic pursuits. This role is <b>not primarily focused on a single technology or Microsoft product</b>; it requires a broad understanding of the end-to-end Modern Workplace portfolio, strong consulting and solutioning capabilities, and the ability to translate technology into measurable business outcomes.</p><p></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Engage with <b>C-suite executives and senior client stakeholders</b> to understand their workplace strategy, business priorities, employee experience challenges, operational constraints, and transformation objectives.</p></li><li><p>Lead <b>Modern Workplace solutioning and consulting engagements</b>, translating client business challenges into compelling, outcome-driven managed services solutions.</p></li><li><p>Develop and articulate <b>end-to-end Modern Workplace strategies</b> covering technology, service delivery, operating models, transformation, governance, commercials, and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate broad knowledge across the Modern Workplace portfolio, including:</p><ul><li><p><b>Service Desk and End User Support</b></p></li><li><p><b>Digital Employee Experience (DEX)</b></p></li><li><p><b>Device Management and Device Lifecycle Management</b></p></li><li><p><b>Device as a Service (DaaS)</b></p></li><li><p><b>Workplace Security and Identity</b></p></li><li><p><b>Microsoft 365 and Collaboration</b></p></li><li><p><b>Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365</b></p></li><li><p><b>Asset Management and Field Services</b></p></li><li><p><b>Automation and Self-Service</b></p></li><li><p><b>Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled workplace solutions</b></p></li><li><p><b>ServiceNow integration and ITSM</b></p></li><li><p><b>Managed Workplace Services</b></p></li><li><p><b>Transition and Transformation</b></p></li></ul></li><li><p>Shape solutions around <b>business outcomes, employee experience, productivity, cost optimization, operational resilience, security, and user satisfaction</b>, rather than focusing solely on technology features or configurations.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with <b>sales, account teams, delivery leaders, architects, commercial teams, and SMEs</b> to develop differentiated propositions and win strategic opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Actively support and influence <b>pipeline development and opportunity creation</b>, identifying workplace transformation opportunities rather than relying only on reactive RFP/RFI responses.</p></li><li><p>Lead or contribute to <b>client workshops, discovery sessions, executive presentations, solution walkthroughs, and proposal discussions</b>.</p></li><li><p>Develop compelling <b>value propositions, solution narratives, operating models, transition approaches, service models, and commercial constructs</b> for managed workplace opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Define appropriate <b>governance, service management, operating model, SLA/XLA, KPI, and reporting frameworks</b> aligned to client objectives.</p></li><li><p>Understand and contribute to <b>commercial models</b>, including outcome-based services, consumption-based models, managed services, workplace outsourcing, and transformation-led engagements.</p></li><li><p>Shape <b>Transition and Transformation (T&amp;T)</b> strategies covering service transition, migration, workplace modernization, adoption, change management, and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate understanding of emerging workplace trends, including <b>Digital Employee Experience, Experience Level Agreements (XLAs), AI-enabled operations, AI governance, automation, self-service, and outcome-based workplace services</b>.</p></li><li><p>Position AI and Copilot capabilities based on <b>business value and measurable client outcomes</b>, including productivity, employee experience, service efficiency, knowledge management, and operational improvements.</p></li><li><p>Build trusted relationships with client executives and demonstrate the ability to understand <b>what matters to the CIO and business</b>, not simply what technology needs to be implemented.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions are <b>commercially viable, operationally deliverable, scalable, and aligned with client expectations</b>.</p></li><li><p>Support competitive assessments and develop differentiated solutions that position the organization as a <b>strategic Modern Workplace transformation partner</b>.</p></li><li><p>Mentor solution architects and other team members on <b>consultative solutioning, executive engagement, workplace transformation, and outcome-based propositions</b>.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Required Experience &amp; Skills</h3><ul><li><p>Significant experience in <b>Modern Workplace consulting, solutioning, presales, managed services, workplace transformation, or IT outsourcing</b>.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience engaging with <b>CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, IT Directors, and other senior client stakeholders</b>.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to <b>create and shape opportunities</b>, influence client strategy, and contribute to pipeline development.</p></li><li><p>Broad understanding of the <b>end-to-end Modern Workplace ecosystem</b>, rather than deep specialization in only one technology.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of <b>managed services operating models, governance, service management, transition and transformation, and workplace outsourcing</b>.</p></li><li><p>Experience developing <b>RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution designs, executive presentations, business cases, and commercial propositions</b>.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of <b>employee experience, DEX, XLAs, automation, AI, security, identity, collaboration, endpoint management, and modern workplace architectures</b>.</p></li><li><p>Ability to connect technology investments to <b>business outcomes, financial benefits, productivity, employee experience, risk reduction, and operational efficiency</b>.</p></li><li><p>Strong commercial awareness and understanding of <b>outcome-based and managed services commercial models</b>.</p></li><li><p>Excellent executive communication, storytelling, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in a <b>large global systems integrator, IT services organization, or workplace managed services environment</b> is highly desirable.</p></li></ul><h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
