Associate NOC Support Engineer

As an Associate NOC Support Engineer , you will support the engineering and operations teams in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of ExpressVPN’s global network. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about networking technologies, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles. You will gain hands-on experience with real-world systems and tools that power an international VPN service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring network health, performance, and availability across ExpressVPN’s global infrastructure.
• Respond to alerts and assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving network incidents.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incident playbooks.
• Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to after-hours incident response as needed.

Qualifications Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana) or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with Linux/Unix systems.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS or GCP) is desirable.
