Facility Maintenance Engineer

The Facility Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining building systems and ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Coordinate with contractors and supervise maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and asset documentation.
• Support facility improvement projects and emergency maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in facility maintenance or building operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, and CMMS/BMS.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
