MEP Engineer

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities at project sites.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to approved schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, safety regulations, and applicable codes and standards.
• Prepare material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and technical reports.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and resolve MEP design conflicts through coordination meetings and site assessments.
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities and ensure all systems operate efficiently before handover.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Support estimation and procurement teams by reviewing technical requirements and material quantities.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of MEP experience in construction or facilities management projects (adjust as required).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred, if applicable).
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
