Position

We are looking for a passionate Team Manager to lead our team in Amsterdam Schiphol. In this pivotal role, you will elevate the client journey through exceptional client experiences, drive business performance and nurture the growth of talents embody the values of Louis Vuitton.

Your key responsibilities

  • Recruit, inspire and empower your team to achieve excellence in performance and client experience.
  • Identify and nurture individual development needs, ensuring continuous training and growth.
  • Deliver regular, thoughtful performance evaluations to support long-term success.
  • Act as an ambassador, fostering a positive and inclusive environment aligned with Louis Vuitton values.

Client experiences excellence

  • Guide the team in delivering a refined selling ceremony rooted in savoir-faire and emotional connection.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to further enhance satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a true client-centric mindset through coaching, tools and data-driven insights.

Product expertise & sales performance

  • Maintain a good understanding of the Louis Vuitton universe, our collections, craftsmanship and heritage.
  • Ensure optimal product assortment and flawless visual representation in collaboration with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising.
  • Drive sales performance by setting smart objectives, analyzing results and implementing strategic actions and close collaboration with the Store Manager and internal business partners.
  • Identify growth opportunities for your business by follow trends and market developments and anticipate accordingly.

Operational excellence

  • Oversee daily operations in partnership with the Operations Manager, including inventory, shipping, and product flow.
  • Ensure a pristine, organized and visually inspiring environment that reflects the Louis Vuitton spirit. Maintain full compliance with Maison policies, procedures and local regulations.

Profile

Your profile

  • Strong command of Dutch & English .
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong client-relationship building with proven sales and business development impact
  • Experienced in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams of about 5-10 people
  • Solid product knowledge with expertise in Fashion & Leather Goods retail
  • Excellent priority and time management, collaboration and operational excellence
  • Inspiring leadership grounded in a client-centric mindset
  • Impact-driven, able to motivate and influence teams effectively Growth-minded, continuously seeking improvement and innovation

Recruitment process

  • Following the submission of your application, you will receive via email the first feedback on your application.
