You will work in our Berlin office,

located between Schöneberg, Kreuzberg, and Mitte.

who you are

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive specialist with vocational training in IT and System Administration.

experience

• professional experience in IT service desk management
• sound knowledge of Microsoft and Azure environments
• experience in troubleshooting Microsoft and Apple hardware and software

key responsibilities

• take responsibility for IT operations in Berlin offices and part of group wide IT operations

• provide high-level customer service, being the face of IT for our local users

• ensure that our technical workplace is constantly working — network, wifi, internet access, video rooms, presentation equipment

• manage on- and offboardings

• order, allocate and maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware assets
