VFX Production Manager

We are looking for a VFX Production Manager to join our team starting from 21st September 2026.

Where : on-site at our Berlin studio (primarily office-based)

When : from 21/09/2026

Employment : full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day production of VFX projects from kickoff to final delivery
• Build and maintain production schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Coordinate communication between artists, supervisors, producers, and clients
• Allocate resources and support the team in meeting quality, budget, and timeline goals
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively solve production challenges
• Keep production documentation and tracking tools up to date

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a VFX Production Manager (or in a similar production role in VFX/Animation)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Flow Production Tracking
• German language at B2 level (or higher) and fluent English required
