Product Owner Servicenow
Language: German & English
Location: Berlin
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions while working closely with business and technical teams?
We are looking for an experienced professional with a blend of ServiceNow, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, and Agile Product Support expertise to join a dynamic project environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive quality assurance activities within ServiceNow projects
- Coordinate testing activities, releases, and defect management
- Create and improve test strategies, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritisation
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Create and refine user stories and functional requirements
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions
- Act as the key link between business stakeholders, Product Owners, QA teams, and developers
- Ensure clear documentation and structured release management processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a QA Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner Support, Test Manager, or ServiceNow Consultant
- Strong ServiceNow project experience
- Proven background in testing and quality management
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent German and English
Nice to Have
- Experience with large ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects
- Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules
- UAT, regression testing, and release management experience
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
