Your impact As a warehouse key user, you play a crucial role in connecting daily warehouse operations with IT systems. You will offer first-level system support, train warehouse staff, resolve stock errors, and test new processes or system updates. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of material flow and logistics processes.

Salary between €3,000 and €3,800 gross full-time (40 hours), depending on knowledge and experience.
Allowances (shift/weekend).

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for daily software and hardware issues, including resolving stuck transactions and support tickets.
Train warehouse staff on proper system usage and best practices.
Create clear and user-friendly work guides for system processes.
Review and maintain the quality of master data within the system.
Monitor stock accuracy and promptly address inventory mismatches.
Test new software features or updates before they are fully implemented.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements to system processes.
Collaborate with the IT department to optimize system setups and resolve issues.
Requirements: What are we looking for?
Experience in IT support or a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment
In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, picking, and inventory processes
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to warehouse staff and operational issues to IT teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve system or stock errors
Degree in logistics, supply chain, IT, or equivalent relevant work experience
Ability to create and deliver effective training materials for warehouse systems
Attention to detail when maintaining system master data and monitoring inventory accuracy
Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including IT and warehouse operations
Fluent speaking and writing skills in English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
