The Role

We are looking for a Global Social Media & Community Manager who wants to help shape and grow the Bomaye brand across Europe and beyond.

You will be responsible for turning our ideas, experiences and stories into content that people want to follow, share and become part of.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great social media is not just about posting content — it's about building a community.

This is a remote-first role. While Munich is our home base, we welcome candidates from across Europe.

Your Mission

• Develop and execute Bomaye's international social media strategy
• Build and grow our communities across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms
• Create and manage engaging content around boxing, leadership, performance, mindset and transformation
• Develop creative formats, campaigns and storytelling concepts
• Identify trends and translate them into authentic Bomaye content
• Engage with our community and build meaningful relationships
• Collaborate closely with the founders, coaches and creative partners
• Track performance, learn from data and continuously improve our content strategy
• Help establish Bomaye as a recognizable international Performance & Leadership brand

What we're looking for

• Experience in social media, community management, content creation or digital marketing
• A strong understanding of how communities grow on social platforms
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
• A creative mindset and a strong sense for visual content
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment
• Excellent English; German is a plus
• Genuine interest in boxing, performance, leadership, personal development or sports culture
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunities rather than waiting for instructions
