Duty Manager

Your day as a Duty Manager

In this role, you ensure that guests have a fantastic experience in our hotel during either the morning (07:00 - 15:00) or evening (15:00-23:00) shift. You move confidently through the hotel, switching effortlessly between guest contact, operational oversight, and problem‑solving. You create memorable experiences, elevate service standards, and keep the operation running smoothly. 

What you'll be doing:

• You analyze guest reviews and ensure that each one receives a response;

• You see every complaint and issue as an opportunity to improve our service;

• You make sure our ALL members feel at home in our hotel;

• You engage with department heads and help them improve work processes;

• You also take responsibility by conducting safety rounds and taking charge during crisis situations.

We are looking for a service-oriented Duty Manager who can effectively respond to the unexpected turns of the day and handle tasks independently. You are decisive and persuasive. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following points:

• You are proactive, a team player, discrete and stress-resistant;

• You are flexible and available to work morning and evening shifts. And you are also available during the weekends;

• You have a problem-solving mindset;

• You have organizational skills;

• You have strong verbal communication skills of the English language (and preferably Dutch).
