Ever wanted to be the person who decides what AI actually gets built - not just talks about it in a strategy deck?

Our client is going all-in on Generative AI, and they need someone to grab the wheel. Not "help out with" GenAI. Own it.

The Position and Responsibilities:

• You call the shots on the backlog - You will own and prioritise the GenAI product backlog, translating stakeholder needs into testable requirements for engineering.
• You ship things that actually work - No shaky launches - you make sure everything's tested, validated, and ready for the real world before it goes live
• You coordinate delivery - across business, technology and vendor stakeholders, tracking milestones, risks and dependencies.
• You obsess over what happens after launch - Usage, performance, feedback — you're chasing real adoption, not just a shipped feature.

What makes you a fit

• 6+ years in product management, tech delivery, business analysis or digital transformation -banking/financial services experience is a big plus
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or something adjacent
• You know your way around agile - backlogs, user stories, sprints. CSPO is a nice-to-have, not a dealbreaker
• You've actually shipped something GenAI-related, not just read about it
• You're comfortable in the room with execs, engineers, and vendors
