Role Summary and Impact

As our Associate, Learning & Effectiveness MENA, you will be the engine of our L&E function. You will be instrumental in the coordination, delivery, and success of our training programs, ensuring our teams across the region have the skills to thrive. You will be mentored by senior leaders, gain unparalleled exposure to the media industry, and build a foundational skill set in corporate learning and talent management. 

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Key Responsibilities):

• Learning Coordination & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end logistics for all regional training sessions, both virtual and in-person. This includes scheduling, managing invitations, booking venues, and coordinating with facilitators.

• LMS Administration: Support the maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS). You will assist in uploading new content, tracking course completion, and ensuring data accuracy.

 • Communication: Act as a key point of contact for employee queries related to our learning programs. You will help draft communications to promote new courses and learning pathways.

• Content & Materials Support: Assist in developing and formatting training materials, presentations, and resources.

• Feedback & Reporting: Administer post-training feedback surveys and compile data to help us measure the effectiveness and impact of our programs.

 • Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Support the team in communicating with external training partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery

 • A recent graduate or an individual with 0-2 years of professional experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communication, or a related field.
