Job Summary

AceNet Consulting is looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of software engineering experience, including strong hands-on experience in full-stack application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise-grade digital platforms and mission-critical business applications. You will work across React/Next.js, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, APIs, microservices, databases, cloud, and DevOps, while contributing to solution architecture, technical leadership, engineering standards, and team mentoring. Modern enterprise full-stack roles commonly emphasize Java/Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable, highly available, and enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs, architecture decisions, and delivery plans.
• Develop responsive Single Page Applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build reusable UI components and design systems using technologies such as Tailwind CSS, Radix, or ShadCN.
• Design and develop backend services and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Node.js, NestJS, or Express.js.
• Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise integration layers, background services, and event-driven workflows.
• Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, audit logging, exception handling, idempotency, and secure coding practices.
• Design and implement data models and persistence solutions using PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, or equivalent relational databases.
• Build cloud-native solutions using microservices, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Helm, and API-first architecture.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or equivalent DevOps platforms.
• Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, health checks, and operational dashboards to improve application reliability.
• Integrate internal platforms, external service providers, and enterprise applications through synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
• Contribute to solution architecture reviews, technology selection, engineering standards, and platform roadmaps.
• Lead technical estimation, design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex production issues.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices across coding standards, design patterns, testing, security, and Agile delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Release teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, architecture decisions, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Leverage approved AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, documentation, testing, and code quality while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years of full-stack application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, and microservices.
• Strong frontend development experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Node.js, NestJS, or Express.js for backend development.
• Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, API design, asynchronous messaging, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with enterprise messaging technologies such as IBM MQ or Oracle AQ.
• Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL, including relational modeling and SQL performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native application development, distributed systems, scalability, security, and high availability.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, code reviews, secure coding, design patterns, Agile delivery, and technical documentation.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale, high-availability, or mission-critical digital platforms.
• Must have experience with mobile application development and responsive application development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Python, React Native, Firebase, or cross-platform mobile application development.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, OWASP Top 10, API Gateways, secrets management, and DevSecOps.
• Experience with TDD, contract testing, performance testing, SonarQube, and automated quality controls.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design, distributed systems patterns, and Architecture Decision Records.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Relevant certifications in Cloud, Java, Kubernetes, TOGAF, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or ITIL.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools and implementing responsible, governed AI development practices.
