We are looking for a full-time Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Berlin office to start as soon as possible.

• Technical and Business Management of Projects
• Planning, Cost Estimation, and Management of Construction Projects
• Support for building owners, engineers, and project partners
• Capacity and Resource Planning for Technicians and Subcontractors
• Monitoring of Execution and Quality
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications What you bring with you:

• Several years of experience in project management
• Ideally, knowledge of technical insulation and/or fire protection
• Engineer, master craftsman, or a college degree in building services engineering
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
• Some leadership experience is preferred
