Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, plans, and details in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and/or relevant drafting software.
• Develop architectural, structural, civil, or MEP drawings based on project requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Revise drawings based on comments from engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Coordinate drawings with other disciplines and identify potential clashes or discrepancies.
• Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and document control.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Support engineers and project teams with technical drafting requirements.
• Prepare as-built drawings and update drawings based on site conditions where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or real estate development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Experience with Revit, Civil 3D, or other BIM software is an advantage.
• Experienced in creating construction workshop drawings, details, and technical documentation.
• Good experience with Abu Dhabi Municipality System (MePS)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in the Abu Dhabi construction industry is must.

Pay: AED1.00 per month
