Salesforce Technical Lead | Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join a major Salesforce enhancement programme.

This is an initial 6 month contract that will likely extend and be based onsite in Abu Dhabi

This is a hands-on Technical Lead role, you’ll provide technical direction and mentor the development team, while remaining actively involved in coding, debugging, deployments and resolving critical production issues.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and mentor a Salesforce development team, acting as the technical escalation point
  • Hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL and OmniStudio
  • Design, build, test and deploy Salesforce enhancements
  • Own complex production issues, debugging and root-cause resolution
  • Lead code reviews and ensure strong coding standards and test coverage
  • Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middleware
  • Configure and enhance Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities
  • Work with Salesforce CLM, including template development and clause configuration
  • Own deployments and support improvements to release processes
  • Work closely with Solution Architecture, Product and QA teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Excellent Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and asynchronous Apex skills
  • OmniStudio experience is essential – OmniScripts, Integration Procedures and Data Mappers
  • Salesforce CLM experience
  • Experience leading developers, code reviews and technical standards
  • Production support / AMS experience, including SLAs and incident management
  • REST/SOAP integration and API experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, data models and governor limits
  • Experience with E&U Cloud and/or Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certified
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
