Job description
The Hospitality Strategy Support role is ideal for an early-career professional passionate about the hospitality industry and strategic planning. The successful candidate will support hospitality strategy initiatives through research, data analysis, benchmarking, financial modeling, and market insights. Working closely with cross-functional teams, they will contribute to the evaluation of opportunities, operator assessments, and the development of innovative hospitality concepts that align with the organization's long-term vision and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare research reports, data analysis, and presentations
- Perform benchmarking analysis
- Support financial modeling and scenario planning
- Assist in operator due diligence and proposal reviews
- Track trends and contribute to innovation pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with hospitality strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality strategy, project management, or related roles
