Job Description Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of all linens, towels, and other textiles used by the hotel. As an Order Taker , you’re not just ensuring a continuous supply of clean linens – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities As an Order Taker , you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Handle team member and guest requests by delegating them to the appropriate individuals and following up to ensure department and hotel standards are met.
• Maintain the computerized Work Order System, including logging and recording all service requests, implementation, distribution, and closure of all work orders.
• Ensure vacant and ready rooms are available to the Front Office through coordination with the Floor Supervisor team.
• Respond to all emergency calls, including monitoring the alarm system.
• Dispatch and direct the appropriate personnel to the location, and notify other departments and the alarm company of the situation.
• Coordinate and control all office traffic.
• Present a positive, professional, and courteous image to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the brand’s high-quality standards.
• Remain calm and perform all essential functions effectively during emergency situations.
• Maintain control of guest supplies, prepare the required supplies for requisitions, and handle lost and found items.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals
