We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team, own our reporting and dashboards, and turn data into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare data-driven presentations and reports for leadership reviews, client meetings, investor updates, and partnership discussions.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering operational KPIs, financial tracking, and product performance for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Design automated data pipelines to consolidate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets) into clean, refreshable datasets.
• Build and maintain clean data models with proper table relationships, naming conventions, and role-based access control.
• Standardize reporting templates and presentation formats across the company to ensure consistency in how data is communicated.
• Own recurring reporting cycles, ensuring reports are accurate, delivered on time, and structured for decision-making.
• Support the sales and BD team with data-backed materials for pitches, proposals, and pre-sales conversations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analyst, or reporting analyst role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including building automated data pipelines that pull, clean, and transform data from external sources, creating flexible formula-driven reports, and modelling relationships between datasets.
• Strong Power BI skills, including designing structured data models that scale, writing custom calculations and measures for reports, managing user-level access and permissions, and publishing and scheduling dashboard refreshes.
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices, with the ability to choose the right chart type, frame narratives around findings, and calibrate detail to the audience.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for translating dashboard insights into polished, executive-ready decks for different audiences.
• Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write queries and pull data from databases independently without depending on engineering.
• Experience with data cleaning and transformation across multiple source types (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, CSVs).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to join immediately and already based in Dubai.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
