What your new challenge will look like 

As part of the 4flow research team, you will work on highly relevant and practice-oriented topics with a direct connection to research, initially limited to 3 years. Your responsibilities will include: 

Extend our expertise in areas of Supply Chain Management with and without quantitative focus, e.g. inventory management  

Contribute to pioneering research projects and help to define tomorrow’s supply chain strategies. 

Deliver research and analytics services through programming and data management, including mathematical modeling and design of AI agents. 

Collaborate on team activities and internal knowledge exchange initiatives to strengthen our agile culture.

What makes you a great fit 

You hold a Master’s or Diploma degree in a relevant field. 

Strong technical skills in mathematical modeling, simulation or optimization. 

Proficiency in Python and common scientific computing and machine learning libraries, combined with a strong interest in and first practical experience with modern AI technologies such as RAG and AI agents..  

A passion for solving complex supply chain management and logistics problems, complemented by initial practical experience in the field.. 

You’re self-driven, eager to learn and ready to bring innovative ideas to the table.
