advanced engineering technologies to bring new ideas to life. We are seeking a highly

skilled Product Specialist to join our team and serve as the internal authority on our product

portfolio, ensuring our solutions meet real market needs and deliver a strong end-user

experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the full product portfolio, including
• hardware devices, mobile applications, and management platforms.
• Evaluate whether application features, dashboards, and user flows meet the actual
• needs of target market segments.
• Assess the end-to-end product experience, from device installation through to
• dashboard interaction, and identify gaps, friction points, or missing functionality.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from sales conversations, customer calls, pilot
• deployments, and competitor analysis.
• Translate market requirements into clear, actionable input for the product and
• engineering teams.
• Write detailed product specifications and requirements documents that translate
• business needs into clear technical briefs for the engineering team.
• Support the sales and BD team with product demos, technical presentations, and
• pre-sales consultation.
• Train internal teams and external partners on product capabilities, use cases, and
• value propositions.
• Develop and maintain product collateral such as feature guides, FAQ documents,
• comparison sheets, and demo scripts.
• Monitor competitor products and industry trends to identify positioning opportunities
• or feature gaps.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring product development priorities
• reflect market demand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a product specialist, solutions engineer, technical product
• marketing, or pre-sales role.
• Strong understanding of IoT, smart building, or utility technology ecosystems.
• Ability to assess software UX and dashboard design from a market-fit perspective.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to write structured product specifications and functional requirements
• documents.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret customer feedback, usage data,
• and market signals into structured recommendations.
• Experience working across sales, engineering, and product teams simultaneously.
• Self-directed with the ability to operate without heavy supervision across multiple
• product lines.
• Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to join immediately and already based in Dubai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
