SureFlow is a Smart Technology, IoT, and Sustainability company seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our product team in Dubai. You will design intuitive, user-centered experiences across consumer mobile applications and enterprise web platforms, creating seamless digital solutions tailored to the unique needs of both everyday consumers and enterprise users.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for consumer mobile applications (iOS and Android) and enterprise web platforms.
• Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Design experiences for two distinct user groups: consumers seeking simplicity and professional users requiring advanced functionality and operational control.
• Build, maintain, and enhance a scalable cross-platform design system, component library, and style guide.
• Design dashboards for real-time monitoring, data visualization, status management, and operational insights.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on design implementation, including design handoff through annotated specs, design tokens, and developer documentation.
• Create responsive designs that deliver seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Present and clearly communicate design concepts, rationale, and decisions to product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both consumer mobile application design and complex, data-intensive enterprise web platform design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including Components, Auto Layout, Variables, and interactive prototyping.
• Proven experience in user research, information architecture, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles, mobile-first design, and iOS/Android platform guidelines.
• Experience building or significantly contributing to a scalable design system and reusable component library.
• Solid understanding of information design, including dashboards, status indicators, alert hierarchies, real-time data visualization, and data tables.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Experience conducting usability testing and translating user feedback into iterative design improvements.
• A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline (a plus).
• Familiarity with IoT, smart technology, or connected-device user interfaces (a plus).
• Experience with Webflow, or animation and micro-interaction design for real-time interfaces and state transitions (a plus).
• Must be able to join immediately and already based in Dubai

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
