Your role:

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Early career professional (0-2 years of experience) with academic exposure to IT infrastructure, systems support, networking, cybersecurity, or software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams, end users, and internal stakeholders while providing technical support.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with demonstrated capability in supporting system operations, user access management, IT documentation, and technology improvement initiatives.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple technical tasks, learning new technologies, and maintaining high standards of service quality and security.
