As a leading production house, we are looking for a Graphic Designer who shares this vision—someone who can take a simple brief and refract it into stunning, multi-dimensional designs.

The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer  who understands the pulse of production. This isn't just about static images; it’s about designing for a world in motion. You will be responsible for creating the visual DNA of our projects—from cinematic title cards and social media "hype" assets to high-end pitch decks that win over global clients.

What You’ll Do

• Production Graphics:  Design high-quality overlays, lower thirds, and title cards for video projects.
• Key Visuals:  Create compelling thumbnails and posters for our video productions .
• Pitch Decks:  Craft visually stunning presentations and "Director’s Treatments" that sell our creative ideas to clients.
• Client Social Media Design: Developing engaging and strategic social media posts for our diverse client base to amplify their presence and complement our video productions.
• Social Storytelling:  Develop daily creative assets for our social media channels that reflect the "Prism" aesthetic.
• Brand Evolution:  Maintain and push the boundaries of Prism Productions’ visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaboration:  Work side-by-side with Directors, Producers, and Editors to ensure visual consistency throughout the production cycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:  1-2 years in a  Production House  or a high-paced Creative Agency.
• The Toolkit:  Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• The "Plus" Factor:  Proficiency in  After Effects  (Motion Graphics)
• Production Mindset:  Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and how graphics integrate with live-action footage.
• Speed & Quality:  Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight production deadlines.
• Artistic Eye:  A strong sense of typography, color theory (the "Prism" spectrum!), and composition.
