ERP Advisory Manager (D365 F&SCM)

Job Description

Role Mission

• Lead Avanade Netherlands’ ERP Advisory capability, guiding CFO, COO, and CIO clients from legacy ERP (SAP on-prem, Dynamics AX/GP/NAV) toward a cloud-native, AI-powered D365 Finance & Supply Chain platform.
• Reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Advisory. Owns FY27 ERP Advisory bookings target (Moderate: €400K) and the 90-Day Launch Plan execution.

Key Responsibilities

Translate client business needs into ERP strategy, business cases, and target operating models on D365 F&SCM (own workstreams end-to-end: requirements config UAT* hypercare ).

• • Lead ERP Envisioning Workshops, fit-to-standard process design (AAA baseline), and governance advisory for large transformation programs.
• Drive co-sell pursuits with Microsoft NL on the “ERP Transformation with AI” solution play; build pipeline at SAP compete and AX/GP/NAV migration accounts.
• Coach and grow the Consultant and Analyst hires through FY27;
• Partner with BizApps and SME&C on joint pursuits.

Qualification

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in ERP advisory or consulting, with proven D365 F&SCM (or AX) delivery across at least one full lifecycle.
• Domain depth in Finance and/or Supply Chain processes (GL, AP/AR, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, logistics).
• Microsoft certification: D365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-330); or willingness to certify within 6 months.
• C-suite client presence, workshop facilitation, business case writing; fluent English, Dutch preferred.

Nice-to-Haves

• Second product string — Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Dataverse experience to extend D365 without heavy custom dev.
• Industry depth in Manufacturing, Energy & Chemicals, Transport & Logistics, or Retail & Consumer Goods.
• SAP S/4HANA compete exposure; experience leading AX/GP/NAV migration assessments.
• D365 F&O Solution Architect Expert credential or Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect cert.
• OCM / change management background.
