Focus Engineering is looking for multiple Electrical Engineers (E,A&I) - Maritime Sector

Are you an Electrical Engineer with experience or a strong interest in the maritime industry?

Would you like to take ownership from design all the way through lifecycle support , and work with world-class technology?

Focus Engineering is actively hiring experienced engineers who are open to relocating to the Netherlands. You’ll join international teams working on technically advanced naval and yacht projects.

We are partnering with several leading maritime engineering firms and system integrators in the Netherlands that specialize in complex vessels, naval ships, and superyachts. These companies work on cutting-edge projects involving full electrical and automation system integration — from concept to lifecycle support.

We support you with:

✅ Finding housing in the Netherlands

✅ Taking out insurance policies

✅ Applying for the 30% ruling – a tax benefit for skilled migrants (you pay no income tax over the first 30% of your gross salary)

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

• Power Engineer Electrical

• Commissioning Engineer Electrical

• System Engineer Electrical

• Technical Project Manager Electrical

• Field Service Engineer E&A

• Project Engineer Electrical

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or similar

• 5+ years of experience in E&I systems within the maritime, offshore, or heavy industries

• Familiarity with classification rules (e.g., DNV, BV) is a strong plus

• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
