Land Surveyor - Bridge Maintenance Project

Conduct land and engineering surveys for bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction projects.

Perform site surveys, measurements, and setting out works as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Establish survey control points, benchmarks, and reference coordinates for project activities.

Carry out topographic surveys, alignment checks, level surveys, and as-built surveys for bridge structures and related works.

Prepare survey reports, drawings, and documentation accurately and maintain proper survey records.

Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate execution of works.

Verify site dimensions, levels, and positions of structural elements before and during construction activities.

Operate and maintain surveying equipment including Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other survey instruments.

Ensure survey activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Support preparation of as-built drawings and final project documentation.

Identify and report any discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings.

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in bridge construction, bridge maintenance, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects in the UAE.

Proven experience in setting out and surveying works for bridges, roads, and infrastructure projects.

Good knowledge of surveying methods, calculations, and interpretation of engineering drawings.

Experience with Abu Dhabi infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

Valid UAE Driving License and own car are mandatory.

Proficient in operating Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and surveying instruments.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing software.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Good understanding of bridge and civil construction activities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in survey measurements.

Good communication and coordination skills with site teams.

Ability to work independently and manage survey activities effectively.

Knowledge of UAE project standards and requirements.
